Can I order a sample of the stone resin material?
We are happy to send you a free sample of our Stone Resin product. We have matte and glossy samples. We are confident you will appreciate the quality of the material. Please write an email to info@badeloft.com or use our contact form.
Can I order templates of the prodcuts?
We are glad to include with your material sample up to 2 bathtub templates for your planning or installation. Please specify which model(s) you would like. This service is for free. Please write an email to info@badeloft.com or use our contact form.
Why are other Stone Resin bathtubs found online so much more expensive?
Badeloft sells its products directly to its clients and rarely does business with retailers and wholesalers. So we can offer you products at the most competitive price.
What is the warranty of the products?
Badeloft gives a 10-year warranty to all Stone Resin and marble products. For all other products, like faucets or accessories there is a 2-year warranty.
What is your return policy?
You can return the products within 30 days after receiving your order.
What is Stone Resin?
Similar to Corian, Stone Resin is a composite of acrylic polymer and natural minerals. It is an ideal material for high quality bath fixtures as the heat retention is amazing. Our products are manufactured to be eco-friendly using non-toxic materials that are safe for our clients. It is 100% non-porous and is unaffected by external forces such as moisture and humidity.
Because of difference characteristics in the matte and glossy finish there can be minimal differences in the sizes.
What is the insulation capacity or heat capacity of Stone Resin?
The insulation capacity of Stone Resin is very efficient; however, the surface area of the bathtub is large and hot water evaporates. To extend your bathing time for as long as possible, we recommend that you run the water hot to start and cool it down as the bath fills up.
What is the difference between a matte and glossy finish?
Matte material is less glossy and can be easily treated with sandpaper. Gloss material naturally has more reflective properties and cannot be treated with sandpaper. To see these two materials for yourself, please feel free to request a free Stone Resin material sample.
Are the dimensions in the technical drawing 100% correct?
The last step in the production will made by hand, so the dimensions can may vary a little bit (only few millimeters).
Do the sinks already have holes for the faucets?
All of our freestanding sinks, wall-mounted sinks and counter-top sinks are delivered without sink holes for the faucets. This way, you have the choice to use either an in-wall faucet or a regular faucet. The sink holes for the faucets can be easily drilled in.
How do I care for my Badeloft products?
Badeloft bathtubs and sinks can be easily cleaned with common household cleaning products. Do NOT use acidic cleaners as they will corrode the Stone Resin!
What if my tub gets scratched or stained?
If you find a stubborn scratch or a stain, you can remove it using fine sandpaper. Sandpaper is also a great way to renew your bathtub after several years of use.
Is it possible to repair broken areas of my tub?
A break-off caused by an accident can easily be repaired with our emergency kit. Badeloft will happily provide you with an emergency kit upon request.
Can I use bath oils?
Yes, there is nothing wrong with using bath oils in our bathtubs. Just remember to rinse off the bathtub after you use it in order to prevent unwanted sediments from settling in your tub.
How can I order your products?
In a personal conversation with one of our trained representatives, we will fix a delivery date that best suits your needs, subject to the availability of the product(s). In this context, we also have the ability to address and clarify all open questions. Afterwards, we will send you email confirmation of your purchase order.
How far in advance should I order Badeloft products?
It depends. We stock many of our products and can promptly ship them. However, some products may have delivery times of up to 8 weeks. We recommend that you get in touch with a Badeloft representative so that we can discuss availability and a delivery timeframe.
When do I have to pay for the product?
All amounts shall be paid in full when ordered.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days from the day that your product was delivered.
Can I pay in cash at pickup or delivery?
Please ask us in which countries cash on delivery is available.
